The Haute Route Alps is known as one of the most beautiful and difficult multi stage sportive in the world.
In 2021, Jean-Lou PAIANI will lead the Team PAIANI-SO from Megève to Nice. His experience (former pro cyclist - 2nd of the Haute Route Alps 2015 - certified cycling coach) and his knowledge of the Alps will provide you the best condition to be coached like a pro and to achieve your goals. Jean-Lou will advice you on how to best manage your day :
- What you should eat before, during and after the race?
- How you should be dressed?
- How to best manage your effort during the race ? And lots of other tips.

It is the beginning of the race through beautiful alpine passes. You will have to be in good shape to cross Col des Aravis (1487m), Col de la Colombière (1613m), Col de Romme (1297m) and finish on top of Côte 2000, the finish line.
2nd night in Megève in a 3 or 4 stars hotel.
An amazing stage : you will climb Col des Saisies (1660m), the magnifiscent Cormet de Roselend (1968m) et finish with freezing climb of Tignes to arrive at 2100m.
Night in Tignes in a 3 or 4 stars hotel.
This is the biggest stage with mythical passes such as col de l'Iseran (2770m), col du Télégraphe (1566m), Col du Galibier (2642m) and finish on top of Col de Sarenne (1999m).
It will be hard to get through long climbs et get through valley but don't worry, we will give you necessary tips to manage this stage.
Night in Alpe d'Huez in a 3 or 4 stars hotel.
A time trial isn't a rest day. We will give you some tips to manage this last stage through Col d'Eze (507m) and enjoy it.
2nd night in Alpe d'Huez in a 3 or 4 stars hotel.
A short but intense stage through the famous Col du lautaret and a finish on the top of Col du Granon (2414m).
Night in Briançon in a 3 or 4 stars hotel.
This stage crosses the highest european road with la Cime de la Bonette (2802m). But before, you will climb a long pass : Col de Vars (2109m) and the last ascent to Auron ski resort.
